Wuxi Huaji Expands High-Precision CNC Actuator Machining Facility

WUXI, CHINA — Wuxi Huaji Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a premier manufacturer of pneumatic valve actuators and automation accessories in China, officially announced the completion of its modern smart manufacturing expansion at its primary production base in Wuxi, Jiangsu. The newly upgraded workshop integrates 8 advanced four-axis CNC horizontal machining centers, dedicated automated honing lines, and robotic pressure testing stations. This expansion increases Huaji's annual manufacturing capacity from 150,000 to over 180,000 actuator units while ensuring inner cylinder surface finish tolerance of Ra < 0.4μm. "Precision machining and consistent batch tolerance are the foundation of long actuator cycle life," said Chief Engineering Director at Huaji. "With this investment, our standard AT/GT rack & pinion actuators easily surpass 1,000,000 continuous operating cycles under full load conditions." Huaji actuators are exported to more than 40 countries across Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America for chemical, LNG, power generation, and municipal water treatment projects.
